Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order item, you are reserving an item that is not yet available to ship. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped once the item becomes available. Estimated availability or shipping dates, where provided, are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Payment for pre-order items is collected in full at the time you place your order, not at the time of fulfillment.

If you want to cancel or change a pre-order, please contact us at support@ngmiarchive.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation or change requests before the item ships; however, once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
